The 65th anniversary of the comic strip’s debut has been celebrating and its 50th anniversary of ‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’. Twentieth Century Fox Animation has announced on Tuesday 9th October, which it has reached an agreement along with the Charles M. Schulz’s heir and bagged rights for the big screen version.
Peanuts movie screenplay will be done by cartoonist’s son, Craig Schulz, his grandson, Bryan Schulz combindly together with Cornelius Uliano. The president of Charles M. Schulz Creative Associates Craig has given a statement that his team finally felt the time was right and the technology, where they need to create this film in graphis.
Craig said he was thrilled to work along with Blue Sky/Fox to create a Peanuts movie, which it is going to hit the theaters on 25th November, 2015. Steve Martino, who was directed ‘Ice Age: Continental Drift’, has set ready to direct the movie.
